1. Can I order a satin pajama but have the size customized?

Yes of course! And not just for satin pajamas but for all products we make to order and dimensions that do not fall into the standard sizes or sizes that we do not have displayed on the site. 

All you have to do is contact us and let us know your preferences! After giving us all the details, our team will do our best to get the order to you, between 3 and 7 working days.

2. Are the satin pajamas cool? Do I keep cold?

This is the most common opinion of people who like the look of satin pajamas but feel cool and think they are not the best pajamas for the cool season. 

Totally fake! It is a myth or rather a sensation that we perceive without realizing that it is totally wrong. 

Satin is a material that regulates the body temperature so in the hot summer evenings it will help the body to cool down and in winter to warm up.. At the same time, it offers an incredibly delicate and fine feeling with every touch.

3. Can I iron my satin pajamas? How is it maintained?

Yes, it is ironed at a low temperature, pe programul “silk” (mătase), fără abur. Recomandăm să se spele manual, dar se poate și la mașina automată la programul pentru haine delicate. 

We do not recommend mixing with light-colored clothes for the first 2-3 washes, as it is possible that excess color will come out of the fabric to begin with. 

And of course, avoid bleaches and detergents for white laundry that may contain a low concentration of bleach.

4. I want delivery to another address. How can I proceed?

Through the order form. În momentul plasării comenzii aveți la dispoziție rubrica “Livrare la o altă adresă”, completați datele de livrare cu adresa dorită iar noi o să facem livrarea conform cerinței. Simplu!

5. How long will the order take me?

The order will be delivered to the courier in 1 max. 3 days worker. Usually, after the package is delivered to the courier, most customers receive it the next day, at most the second. We will do our best to get the order to you as soon as possible.

6. I want information that is not found on the site or in this section!

In this case, please contact us by e-mail or telephone at the dates displayed by contact and we answer any question or uncertain you have!

7. I placed an order but got some data wrong, how can I correct it?

Changes can only be made after the order has been placed by telephone or e-mail notification. If you opt for email, then please provide us with details to identify your order. 

The order number, phone number or name used to place the order… any information that may help us identify the order, as well as your order modification requirements.

8. I'm a legal entity. Can I buy from you?
